YOUTUBE, LLC REPORTED TO THE FBI FOR IDENTITY THEFT AGAINST PODCASTER
Infinite Plane Radio’s copyrights were wrongfully granted to a serial infringer in 2018
ALBUQUERQUE, NOVEMBER 10, 2022 -- Youtube LLC has reportedly colluded in Identity Theft against a podcaster. Their legal department granted trademarks and copyrights to Marcus Goldfinch, who seized the rights to the podcaster Tim Ozman’s voice and content in 2018. Ozman has reported Goldfinch and Youtube LLC to the FBI.
Tim Ozman, host of Infinite Plane Radio has continually been denied copyrights over the channel’s content because Marcus Goldfinch fraudulently asserted rights by emailing Youtube’s legal department.
“...Dear YouTube, I am the legal owner of the name ‘TIMOZMAN’ and ‘INFINITE PLANE SOCIETY’ They are just two of MY brand names. That is ME in the video speaking. To prove it as such, I have pointed my domain name and brand identity TIMOZMAN dot COM to my YouTube Channel that holds that same name, as well as INFINITEPLANESOCIETY.ORG I have also copied myself to this email using my brand identities. Goldfinch cybersquatted on domains in order to bolster his credibility with Youtube’s legal department. He gloatingly explains how he accomplished this in an email to a third party:
“...So far 32 channels terminated and over 80 individual videos taken down…I would became the ‘official’ rights holder on YouTueb to the content. If he ever tried to upload the same ‘old’ videos at a later date, after I had already uploaded them, I could take them down for copyright infringement under YouTube’s… and it's worked… that's why he is so frustrated. My TIMOZMAN channel is SO heavily branded as such, that YouTube will ALWAYS give me the benefit of the doubt.” - http://marcusgoldfinch.icu/
Goldfinch and Youtube LLC have committed textbook Identity Theft, a crime classifiable as a 4th Degree felony.
“Goldfinch is the CEO of George News, a hugely popular Qanon influencer channel and his motivation for suppressing Infinite Plane Radio may come down to simple competition,” Ozman said, “but I suspect he never expected to get sued over this or the other fraudulent and cybercrimes he has and is committing against me.”

Both Youtube LLC and George News’ CEO Marcus Goldfinch have been demonstrated as having a role in the suppression of Tim Ozman’s Infinite Plane Radio podcast
Goldfinch is a major Qanon influencer and unindicted January 6th Insurrection conspirator and provocateur
Infinite Plane Radio has been a live podcast centered around a “think tank” of chatroom commenters and callers. They have been online since 2016 and since 2017, Marcus Goldfinch, then known as MGTV, has been a steady stalker of the channel. In 2018, MGTV was kicked off Youtube after starting a trending video that accused Parkland Highschool shooting survivor as a “crisis actor”. He resurfaced as “George News” and hinted at being close to John K Kennedy Jr. George News is now a huge influencer to the Qanon communities and has a telegram account with more than a quarter-million followers.
They are known to the White House Travel Office and are a regular part of events around the world. Here is an introduction to George News from their Telegram account:

Youtube LLC and Goldfinch have been reported together and separately to The Internet Crime Complaint Center, a division of the Federal Bureau of Investigation concerning suspected Internet-facilitated criminal activity. They are both named as Defendants in an upcoming litigation by Tim Ozman, expected to be filed in December of this year.
