***If TEN schools ran Alien Invasion drills, and over the next year 7 of them had ACTUAL alien invasions/ attacks, then the REST of the schools in the country would start doing Alien Invastion drills, and then it would happen in 70% of those schools drilled.

 100% of the schools NOT having alien invasion drills will NOT experience invasions.
